awe, i love you hun.

you look better then me always. i'm a cow again. i got up to f***ing 154, like a dumb ass. so i'm about back at square one. my new diet/workout started today:)

muscle lost not fat? i weight almost excatly what you do. i wish i could train and make myself do what your doing though.
i just can't force myself to do anything unless i'm told too. ughh it's a pain.

good luck.

when i'm dieting i ave a hard time reaching 1000 cals. but when i'm having a binge day i go above and beyond. i wish i could have some nice centered area.

miserable and deflated

I used to powerlift until I injured my back about a dozen years ago.

You can do some simple things to tone with stuff around the house.

1) Drink more water

2) Take some lethicin gelcaps (works with connective tissue)

3) get two gallon bottles, fill them part way with water and while you're sitting, holding them by their handles, use them like dumbells to do work on your lats, tricepts, and biceps

4) while sitting in front of the TV, at commercial time, slide off the chair put your hands on the set, legs in front together on the floor extended and raise and lower yourself, (works arms, and back)

5) Lay on the floor while watching tv and do some leg lifts--together...raise them only 8-12 inches then hold it, then slowly lower them---works the lower abdomen and abdome.

6) get the gallons again fill with water.  stand feet apart, one jug each hand, and then bend from side to side--works the obliques

7) During whoppee time, you play cowgirl and pretend you're riding a horsie ( works the legs, and glut)

8)stretch in the morning when you get up, mid-day and before bed....take it easy at first

intake and shrunken bo0bies the reason your belly is so flabby is because you've lost all the weight you're going to lose and by losing all the weight, you've depleted the underlying tissue's ability to maintain some rigidity. What is really scary is how much fat you've lost in your body. If you've gone from a d cup to a b cut, that means your breasts have lost a dangerous amount of fat. What would be better would be to increase your input to the level of someone who does a moderate toning routine ( I recommend Weidner's vesion though people today don't like to do the jerky movememts of the late 70's and early 80's) regain some of the weight and look at toning yourself instead of starving yourself. You might also find your stomach tightening if you take some supplements..lethicin works well[Onwardandupward] 2008-06-19 14:25:33

132 is a healthy weight, possibly thin if ur tall.
